Addiction & Freedom: Breaking Chains

Freedom usually starts with truth, not willpower. Twenty-one days on breaking destructive cycles, bringing hidden things into the light, and learning to live free.

Addiction & Freedom: Breaking Chains

How this Journey works

Addiction thrives in secrecy, shame, and the lie that you should be able to fix yourself before you ask for help. Scripture tells the truth about bondage without leaving you there. Freedom is not pretending temptation is gone. It is walking in the light, naming the chain, and learning new forms of dependence.

This journey is not a substitute for counseling, recovery groups, or support. It is a companion for honest spiritual work in the middle of the fight. Zoe will help you trace triggers, expose the lie beneath the craving, and build practices of confession, accountability, and hope.

The 21 days.
